Rex has practiced law in Melbourne,
Florida since 1976, exclusively in the areas of estate planning, trusts, and estates, where he
counsels clients in simple and complex estates, forms entities to carry out estate plans, such as
revocable and irrevocable trusts, limited partnerships, LLCs, charitable trusts and private
foundations, and advises clients on minimization of estate and gift taxes. Mr. Moule received his
Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University, his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Stetson
University College of Law, and his Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Miami School
of Law. He is board certified by the Florida Bar in Wills, Trusts, and Estates Law, and also board
certified by the Florida Bar in Tax Law. Rex has been awarded the Martindale-Hubbell law directory’s
highest accolade: an AV rating. He is a member of the Executive Council of the Real Property, Probate,
and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar, and serves as a member of the Probate Law and Procedure Committee,
Trust Law Committee, and Estate and Trust Tax Committee. He also serves as Chair of the Advance Directives
and HIPAA Committee for the Executive Council. He is the author of Fixing Your Broken HIPAA and IRAs Can
Be Hazardous to and Estate Administration, both published by the Florida Bar Continuing Legal Education
Committee. Rex is a past member of the 18th Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee for the Florida Bar, past
Chairman of the Small Business Council of the Chamber of Commerce of South Brevard, member of the Brevard
County Estate Planning Council, and past Chairman of the Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee for the
18th Judicial Circuit. By the way, if you are wondering how to pronounce his name (as everyone is) it is
pronounced like “OWL,” M+OWL. But he prefers to be called Rex.
