Rex practices exclusively in the areas of estate planning, trusts, probate, asset protection, supplemental needs trusts, and guardianship. Mr. Moule received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Vanderbilt University, his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Stetson University College of Law, and his Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Miami School of Law. Mr. Moule is board certified by The Florida Bar as a specialist in Wills, Trusts, and Estates Law, and also board certified by The Florida Bar as a specialist in Tax Law. Board certification is the highest recognition by The Florida Bar concerning the competency and learning of Florida attorneys.

Mr. Moule has been elected to the Executive Council of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar (its governing body), is a member of that Section’s Probate Law Committee, Estate and Trust Tax Planning Committee, Asset Preservation Committee, and currently serves as the Chair of the Advanced Directives Committee. Mr. Moule is a past member of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee for The Florida Bar. Mr. Moule is a past Chairman of the Small Business Council of the Chamber of Commerce of South Brevard, is a member of the Small Business Council of the Chamber of Commerce of South Brevard, is a member of the Brevard County Estate Planning Council, is a past Chairman of the Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee for the 18th Judicial Circuit, is a member of the Development Council for Holmes Regional Medical Center, and is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
